For serious racers, compliance is critical, and the Hummingbird V3.1 RaceSpec features a precise 25mW VTX that ensures power output stays within race-compliant limits. No need to worry about being disqualified for exceeding the power - focus on your race with complete confidence.
In addition to VTX compliance, this drone offers the flexibility of multiple ESC PWM rates: 24kHz, 48kHz and 96kHz. The factory setting is 48kHz, which offers the perfect balance between torque, smoothness and efficiency. However, race pilots can easily switch to 24kHz for more torque or 96kHz for smoother control. It is important to use the O-H-5 firmware update to avoid damage to the ESC.
Powered by HMB RS 0702 30000KV motors, the Hummingbird V3.1 RaceSpec is designed for high-speed competition racing. With Betaflight 4.5 KAACK tuned firmware, it provides the precise control you need to excel in any race.
To ensure the motors run smoothly and last longer, we recommend maintaining them with NewBeeDrone Smoov Lube Motor Bearing Oil. This specially formulated oil is perfect for maintaining plain bearing motors, reducing friction and wear and keeping Hummingbird 0702 RaceSpec motors in top shape.

Power on the drone and press the bind button under the flight controller to enter bind mode. If your remote controller is not ELRS3.0 or higher, you will need to update it to version 3.0 as Betaflight 4.4 no longer supports lower versions)

The Hummingbird V3.1 RaceSpec BNF drone is specifically designed for professional FPV race pilots with advanced skills and technical knowledge. This drone is similar in performance to a high performance race car designed for extreme speed and maneuverability and requires the pilot to be able to handle the power and complexity. It is not suitable for beginners or casual pilots. Think of the difference as between a race car and a normal car-this drone requires experience and expertise to be piloted safely and effectively.
Please note that physical damage caused by crashes is not covered by the warranty. The warranty is limited to DOA (Dead on Arrival) units. To be eligible for a warranty claim, the drone must be in good condition with no physical damage, scratches, missing components or modifications. Crashes, improper handling or modifications will void the warranty.
For beginners to FPV racing, we recommend the Hummingbird V3.1 standard version. This version was specially developed for beginners, is more robust and easier to repair and is better suited for pilots who are still learning.
Important note: If you have problems with your drone, do not update the firmware. Instead, perform a factory reset with the configuration tool (e.g. Betaflight Configurator) and then recalibrate the accelerometer. For further assistance, please contact our support team support@newbeedrone.com
