The Atlas is far more than just a typical frame for long distance or endurance flying. While it is great for longer flight times, its true strength lies in its versatility. At FlyFishRC we have tested this frame extensively during occasional freestyle sessions in the park, and it has impressed every time!
With a meticulously thought-out design that seamlessly combines light weight and good durability, the Atlas is ready for any challenge. Featuring FlyFishRC's distinctive CNC aluminum camera plates with silicone shock absorbers and a deadcat layout, the Atlas not only takes off, it takes off exceptionally well, providing a unique and satisfying flying experience.
And as always, we're proud of our open-source 3D prints, which are easily accessible and customizable on our Thingiverse account. The Atlas weighs a svelte 55g with the full TPU kit, including arm guards, action camera base mount, VTX+RX antenna mount, mini GPS mount and even an XT30 mount that allows integration of an XT30 connector directly into the frame. However, our freedom of choice does not end here. If you prefer an alternative way, there is a cut-out in the back of the top plate and one in the front, just behind the base for the action camera. And of course, you can still route the cable sideways.
