Replacement service for peace of mind
You can have your product replaced in the event of an accident for a small fee. The replacement devices are brand new products or equivalent to brand new products in terms of performance and reliability.
DJI Care Refresh is now renewable
DJI Care Refresh can be extended to a maximum total term of 3 years up to 15 days after the end of the current contract term.
DJI Care Refresh 2 years: Can be extended for 1 year (at the latest within the 15-day period after the current Care protection expires)
Save valuable time
The new Express option allows you to skip the damage assessment process completely. A DJI Service Center will send you a replacement device immediately after receiving the damaged drone.
Free shipping
DJI will cover the cost of shipping if the product is sent in for exchange for a replacement unit.

DJI Care can only be booked and registered with a new purchase or within 48 hours of the first activation at the latest, please note this. You are only purchasing the activation code for registration with DJI. Any service claims or services must be handled directly with DJI. Once the code has been activated, care can no longer be revoked!
