Comprehensive safety concept
Thanks to the revised design of the integrated propeller guard, the Avata 2 is lighter and more maneuverable, allowing it to move easily in tight spaces. When you release the accelerator of the RC Motion 3 or press the lock button, the drone comes to a standstill so that you retain full control even in unforeseen situations. In addition, the automatic return to home (RTH) is triggered if the drone's battery is low or the signal is interrupted, providing additional safety.
Advanced positioning with new sensors
New binocular fisheye sensors enable downward and rearward visual positioning when flying at low altitudes and indoors, increasing flight stability and safety.
Turtle mode
The Avata 2 can automatically turn back to the take-off position when upside down and turtle mode is activated, so you can get back in the air quickly.
Top performance down to the last detail
The Avata 2 offers a maximum flight time of 23 minutes and supports PD fast charging, so you can recharge and take off quickly. The DJI Avata 2's new two-way charging station has a battery function that allows you to transfer the remaining energy from multiple batteries to the one with the highest charge level, so you have an "extra battery" in critical moments.
O4 video transmission - Improved perception
With the improved stability of the DJI O4 video transmission, you can fully engage in every flight and experience maximum safety. The design with two transmitters, four receivers and four antennas ensures strong anti-interference performance and offers a maximum video transmission distance of up to 13 km, a transmission latency of only 24 ms, a high-resolution image quality of 1.080p/100fps and a maximum transmission bit rate of 60 MBit/s.
Unlimited passion - wireless sharing
Watch the live feed of the DJI Goggles 3 of the Avata 2 on the DJI Fly app of your smartphone. You can connect from a distance of up to 5 meters. It's now even easier to share the breathtaking first-person view (FPV) and learn to fly.
Effortless recording and editing
The Avata 2 is equipped with 46 GB of internal memory that can store approximately 90 minutes of video footage at 1,080p/60fps, so you can capture the highlights of every flight. The Wi-Fi connection for fast transfer of files to your smartphone makes post-processing and sharing your results extremely efficient.
One-click visual effects (VFX) with LightCut
The LightCut app connects directly to the DJI Avata 2 via Wi-Fi and allows you to intelligently add sky VFX based on the flight path captured in your videos during post-production, so you can easily create captivating aerial footage. The app allows you to edit your footage without having to download it and, combined with the one-tap edit feature, create content effortlessly.
Sky VFX
Once you have connected the device and imported the footage, you can use Sky VFX to add unique overlay effects, floating text animations, virtual cockpits and dashboard effects to increase the interactive fun and excitement of your immersive flight footage.
One-Tap Edit
Thanks to AI-based recognition of video types and themes, you can easily browse your content and select highlights with smooth camera work and exquisite composition. It also provides you with a wide range of thematic templates to help you create high-quality content. The app also offers other features such as smart sound effects, color restoration, one-click watermark adding and unpeeling.
Wireless connection
